    How crew-based billing works

Grounds Manager uses a simple per-crew pricing model. You pay for each active crew on your account, billed monthly. No per-user fees, no hidden charges.

    What counts as a crew

A crew is a group of workers that operates as a unit — typically a truck and its team. Each crew can have unlimited members. You're billed per crew, not per person.

Tip: If you have seasonal crews that only operate part of the year, you can deactivate them during the off-season and stop billing for those crews.

    Adding and removing crews

You can add new crews at any time from the Crews section. New crews are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. When you remove a crew, billing stops at the end of the current cycle.

    Billing cycle and invoices

Billing occurs on the same date each month (the day you started your subscription). You can view past invoices and update payment methods under Settings → Billing.

Warning: If a payment fails, you'll have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before any service interruption.
