Your field crews interact with Grounds Manager entirely through the mobile app. Here's how to get them set up and productive on day one.
The Grounds Manager mobile app is available on iOS. Crew members will receive an email invitation with a direct download link when you add them to a crew.
Crew members log in using the email address you registered and a temporary password included in the invite. They'll be prompted to set a new password on first login.
Tip: If a crew member didn't receive their invite, check the spam folder first. You can also resend the invite from the Crews section in the admin dashboard.
Once logged in, crew members see their daily schedule with job details, property addresses, and navigation links. The typical workflow is:

The app works offline for basic functions like viewing the schedule and taking photos. Data syncs automatically when the device reconnects to the internet.
